Women Assault in Pakistan

 Pakistan is a country which was once considered as one  the best countries in  the world for culture,food,festivals and swat.But its not that country any more. Its full of corruption, young leaders misuse,piety gone  moreover heart rendering stories  like Malala yousaf zae.we are losing institutes like Queen Mary,Eisna,Contemporary school of Islamic education.Alas its not that  country any more.Lahore is my city. Its peaceful,its urbanized,and it has a Punjab library. I spent my 38 years in this city.And i don't want to leave my country.Political instability,demoralized substances are the prime reasons.If i had to visit any place that would be Australia and Jerusalem. it.that.I can just pray every thing will be fine (I.A)

Lack of parental approach for online learning

 Online learning is not something new. Few aspects needs to be known for learners, schools and for parents.

Teacher aspects:

Teacher attention towards individual students is pivotal at primary level. 

Every child is unique and a teacher needs to understand that how to cater them individually. Teacher must have call for open house/open day for schools for projects that a child can address to their parents and school heads. 

Students have distractions and low - learning

So they have to be familiar with in house trainer and job recruiter /career councilors in schools which can he or she train students to attain goals which can be helpful for future pursuits. 

Students aspect:

Students must listen to in-house trainer and must listen to lecture online and read e-books so she/he could never feel unfulfilled for apatite for knowledge persuits. 

Making students familiar with hybrid learning few activities must be for i-pad and few for simplex(on one to one) learning. 

Parental aspects:

A student can be lagging behind because 

of his/her parental background though he is

Knowledgeable. Parents Counciling with students and his teachers can cause him to attain milestones. A teacher can talk to his brother/ sister that if these issues are not handled by peers or immediate concerns (career counseler/admin). 

School adherence:

Synchronous learning:

With synchro us learning educator set a specific time for students to meet and conduct class. 

Asynchronous learning:

When students complete work related to their course on their own schedule because students and teacher do not meet daily. 

Guidance for parenting for adults :

Make a short video for open home

Survey students and families to understand needs which can be addressed to school.

 Strategy 1:Lesson adapted

Prepare a  lesson 15 minutes before for online class. Depending upon you that if you follow the lines  given below:

1) Your Subject knowledge

2)Your mood at day time

3)Your Student's mood at that time

1) Your Subject knowledge:

Lesson preparation is always important no matter how well & experienced you are if you have to reinforce the lesson  then you have to put some new jargons to make it more interesting.

2)Your mood at day time:

May be its due to the reason that you have health issues or you just have finished your previous  lesson  that was lengthy. Being a teacher you have to cope  well with yourself. Be prepared for  this, you have to  intelligently deal with these issues.

3)Your Student mood at that time

Your mood is good & your student mood is not good may be for  the timings prescribed by your school or that may be for the reason that they did not eat  well in the morning. You have to cater them well otherwise it would be cumbersome to learn online.

Strategy 2:Technology adapted:

If you are using microsoft team , google classroom , edmodo or any online community or classroom  manegment tool you have to be really technology  aware. You have to be quick to learn that. Otherwise you will be considered  absurd  for  your students. You have to keep that in mind that Student know technology more than you. So don't try to give them lo-pools.

Strategy 3:Social well-being:

It suggests that by the end of a lesson how good you communicated with your pupil.

• Did they grasp what you intended them to learn.
• Was harmony brought by both end .
• Are they eager to learn next day with same zeal.

Qurat-ul-ain

Life is really unpredictable. Allah has always blessed me with money. Now a days I am out of Pocket. I believe Allah never makes us loaf less Allah always bless us with everything if we have true belief. Being

a lady i have firm believe that Allah has made women very pretty. Money is not everything for  every one .Is say khushian nahn kharedie ja saktien.Allah apnay banday ke guman ke sath hai.Aulad ka sukh hona aurat ke liye sub say bara tohfa hai .Phir woh chahe naimat ho ya rehmat.Allah sub ki hifazat farmae.Women is such a beautiful thing .Allah has made her a Popheteous like Marry,A sister like Ume-kalsoom,A mother like khadija tul kubra,A daughter like fatima tuz zahra.Being a muslim lady i believe that  Woman is like a flower.Allah protect every woman and keep her pious .Its month of Ramadan  and Covid-19 is around so stay at home and make good meal.

Winter 2020

 Winter 2020

At last 2020 is about to end.If I summarize the whole year ,that was not bad .I was totally out of pocket ,dislodged from job and even not had expensive belongings.May be that was a trail .I have firm belief that Lord the Almighty is witnessing everything .I learnt that whatever the  circumstances are I have to stay humble and positive.Lord has been so kind to me.In this adverse epidemic of Covid-19 I am still having food  and clothes besides I could be effected by this epidemic. I have  few new resolution for next year which i will get by the grace of Lord.Life is not like yester years (a decade).I have this belief that if I am alive there must be a  reason behind that.Its a beautiful winter with mist around in heart of Pakistan that is Lahore.New year is around the corner so I have lots of plan for that year.I request to Allah Almighty that i could remain positive  and blessed in 2021.Lord is one.

Lesson Planning

Teaching is my profession ,through my experience i got that proper lesson planning is very piviot for effective teaching .As in every lesson plan there are  Four  main key sections

•  Pre-planning
•  Methedology
•  Post-planning
• Follow-ups

Pre-planning :what your lesson plan is all about ,or what students intended to do in a lesson.It requires 5 mins maximum to do pre-planning.
Methodology:how will a lesson will be conducted,what would be class room settings,which key points will be covered in a lesson .It needs to be carefully planned maximum 20-25 minuutes.
Post-planning:what would be an outcome of a lesson plan ,which home tasks needs to be given to a student.
Follow ups:if this lesson has to be taught again what changes you need to make to lesson to make that more effective ,other way you can say that its a assessment of a lesson which is normally done after conducting a lesson.

If a teacher does proper brainstorming for key points that clearly be stated in  pre-planning  then it will be very effective to adopt a methodology which leads to an above average lesson plan .
